Marcelline Alexander Croos is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – UK (ACMA) and holds a MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. He also holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from National Institute of Business Management and a certificate in Personnel Management from SLBDC, Sri Lanka.
Marcelline worked for several years in Unilever Sri Lanka across various functions. He has been a team member in the implementation of demand planning module, 5S, 5S Zone Leader-HR& SC, i-SAP implementation, and implementation path to growth strategy. He has also been a brand board member for VIM, Lux and Surf Excel.
He is a trained TQM implementor and has conducted programs in–house at Unilever, and a Trained TPM (Office) implementor.
Marcelline is a lecturer at several institutes in Sri Lanka namely Imperial College of Business Studies, ICBT for MBA, Sikkim Manipal University, ICBT City Campus – University of Sunderland UK, Edexcel, London Business School – affiliated to Wigan & Leigh College UK, Institute of Chemistry of Sri Lanka. He lectures on a wide variety of topics covering project management, HR management, finance management, business communication, organizational behavior, mergers and acquisitions, management and organizational development, security analysis and portfolio management, finance management, operations management, international trade finance, management in action (MIA), business strategy – strategic level, top CIMA.
Since 2004 he has conducted training programs for local and overseas to banks and other institutions specializing in customer care, emotional intelligence, social skills (team work and communication) and sales negotiation skills.
