Anuj Kataria till recently was the CEO of Spartan Engineering Industries Pvt. Ltd. a leading construction equipment manufacturing company. Before that he with KLT Group - India's biggest chassis manufacturing company as Vice President Human Resources and also headed KLT South Africa.
Anuj is an ex Indian Army officer with experience in front line combat operations. He is a qualified Army Instructor and has trained and assessed several Army Officers and Regiments for combat roles.
Anuj is a graduate from National Defence Academy, holds a Master’s Degree in Science from Pune University, Executive Post Graduate in Management from IIM Kolkata and Post Graduate in Engineering Business Management from University of Warwick. He is certified in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM A and Corporate Governance from Bombay Stock Exchange Institute.
In a career spanning more than 2 decades Anuj has held leadership positions in Government and Industry with an inside knowledge on Operations, Human Resources, Projects, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
