He has conducted several training programs for senior and mid level management across industries ranging from IT; ITES, Real Estate, Specialty Chemicals and Auto & Auto Ancillary industry and even volunteers of a spiritual movement which runs several schools across the world. He is specialized in customized training content development and has developed and delivered training on Leadership, Impactful Business Writing, Time Management, Effective Communication & Attitude, and Building Effective Teams. He is also Director Training & Placement Councilor at Sydenham Institute of Management (SIMSREE) and a visiting faculty for 3rd year students at India’s leading Architecture College Rachna Sansad teaching communication and personality development. Keyur was trained in Directive Communication Psychology personally by the very person who developed the theory and who is amongst the top 10 leadership guru’s in the world.
